These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetUp: Earn your screentime, developed by ReWork AS.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Definitions

• User: anyone who uses the App
• Content: any text, visuals, or features provided through the App

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Subscriptions (Important)

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Current prices, billing periods, and any free-trial terms are displayed inside the App and on your device's app store listing (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) at the time of purchase, and may vary by region and over time. By starting a subscription you agree to the price shown there.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we do not process payments directly.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's app store settings.

Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including its content and design, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse any part of the App without permission.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
